High density pallet flow rack is designed for fast-moving first-in/first out (FIFO) product selection.

How it works:

The rack consists of lanes of pallets stored on a slight pitch. 

Each lane of pallet positions has frames with wheels or rollers that advance product forward by gravity when front-facing pallets are removed.

Replenishment is made into empty slots at the back.

Pallet flow rack is often used for picking cases in high volume applications using conveyors, such as pick-to-belt systems
