                                               CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTIONS

• Planned Maintenance - Under our PM program, we are responsible for the maintenance of our customers' lift
  trucks.  On a pre-determined basis and at regular intervals, our technicians cover over 70 points on each truck
  enrolled in the program.  Included are visual inspections, safety checks, cleaning of certain components,
  changing specified lubricants and filters, and performance checks.  We use our own computerized program to
  determine maintenance frequency based upon individual truck usage and application.  Currently, we perform
  Planned Maintenance on over 2,600 units.
   

• Guaranteed Maintenance -   Under our Guaranteed (Full) Maintenance Program, we assume total responsibility
  for the expense of all repairs resulting from normal usage for a flat monthly fee.  This monthly fee is determined
  after a detailed application survey is completed which analyzes job conditions and machine usage.  The rate
  includes any PM services as well as all parts, labor and travel expenses necessary to maintain the lift trucks
  in a safe and normal operating condition.  We currently have over 210 trucks enrolled in this service.
